This trip is an exceptional and unique opportunity to combine a visit to the magical country of Nepal with the spirituality of a yoga retreat in a peaceful and relaxing part of the country.
Set in the foothills of the stunning Himalayas, the town of Pokhara is a beautiful and very soulful part of Nepal.  To experience the magnitude and cleansing properties of the Himalayan Mountains is one of the most profound pleasures anyone can have and combining that with the inward practise of yoga, is truly a rare gift.

Shona Langridge is an experienced yoga teacher, practising for 11 years and teaching for 6 years. She has travelled extensively throughout Nepal and is always humbled by the energy of the Himalayas.  It’s a once in a life time opportunity to share her love for this stunning country as well as participating in the deeply healing and cleansing practise of yoga.  The types of yoga on this retreat will include: Bikram, Vinyasa Flow and Yin and there will be Tibetan Sound Bowl Healing incorporated into some of the classes.  The sessions will be between 1 and 1.5 hours in duration.

Shona will also be available for individual or additional group work to specifically improve and develop posture alignment.

This retreat is a venture between her and The Walking and Climbing Company who will be responsible for all the logistics for this trip so you can relax and focus on enjoying your surroundings and getting the most out of the yoga tuition.
