This expedition to Everest (South) is the ultimate adventure, a test of your experience and skills in the toughest environment. The adventure starts with a flight to Lukla then a beautiful walk to Everest Base Camp. The trek takes you through villages, to monasteries, absorbing you in the culture of this spiritual place. Being in this different world amongst the hospitable Himalayan people and experiencing their humility towards the mountains is all a part of this journey.
For this expedition you will need a serious intention and determination to reach the highest point on earth. What could be more rewarding than to stand above the clouds and view the vast Himalayas against Earth's rim!

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu. Transfer to the hotel
Day 2: Briefing and permit issue
Day 3: Free day in Kathmandu to shop and sightsee
Day 4: Fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding, (2600m)
Day 5: Trek to Namche Bazar (3400m)
Day 6: Acclimatisation day, hike to Everest view lodge (3880m) and descend to Namche Bazar
Day 7: Trek to Debuche, 3734m
Day 8: Trek to Pangboche, 3985m
Day 9: Trek to Pheriche, 4371m
Day 10: Acclimatise hiking near Pheriche, 4600m
Day 11: Complete rest day and rehydration day
Day 12: Trek to Loboche, 4940m
Day 13: Trek to Gorakshep, 5164m
Day 14: Hike to Kalapattar, 5643m and back to Gorakshep
Day 15: Trek to Everest Base camp, 5300m
Day 16: Rest day at BC
Day 17: Experience a Puja ceremony at BC
Day 18: Training on the ice fall, 5500m
